Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates (Australia)
We offer a flat rate Standard shipping fee of $15 AUD on all Australian orders.
Free Standard shipping is automatically applied to Australian orders over $150 AUD (after discounts and before shipping).
Shipping Rates (New Zealand)
We offer a flat rate Standard shipping fee of $20 AUD / $25 NZD on all orders shipped to New Zealand.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using standard delivery services.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be:
• Left in a safe place, or
• Taken to the nearest post office for collection.
This is determined by the carrier and delivery locations.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By placing an order, you agree that your parcel may be left in a safe place if deemed appropriate by the carrier.
Sporter Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
Signature on Delivery
Signature on delivery is not required by default.
If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):
Australia
• Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days (if selected at checkout)
New Zealand
• Standard International Shipping: 5–12 business days

Customs, Duties and Taxes (New Zealand)
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand. We may expand shipping in the future. Any updates will be announced on our website and reflected in this policy.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Sporter Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Sporter Apparel is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at team@sporterapparel.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch of the order to the shipping carrier.
Pre-Orders or Backordered Items
If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.
