Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at team@sporterapparel.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes incorrect size selection, personal preference, or accidental purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and reshipping costs for size exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For international orders (including New Zealand), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs or import charges.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy.
Where a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
